* We use USPS, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post as the main carriers. Within USA and Canada, normally the regular shipping & handling  charge is around 8%-25% of your order value, depending on the shipment value, weight and your location.
* Insurance is mandatory and included in the shipping charge.
* We charge small amount handling fee and do our best to choose the most economical shipping method to minimize our customers'
shipping & handling cost. Please quote.
* Customers' orders are shipped within 2 business days once we receive the full payment. Normal Delivery Time: 2-5 business days within USA. 2-7 business days within Canada.


 * For limited time only, we offer FREE shipping to USA and Canada for orders over US$2
50/C$250.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) Shipping Method: Normal Standard as per our choice. Customers must pay extra for Overnight or faster shipping.
2) Free shipping covers US 48 continental states and all Canadian provinces.
3) Free shipping is offered for orders of scarves and other textile items only. No free shipping promotion on Jewelry Display orders.

 * Payment must be received before we ship your order.
 * We accept VISA, MC, as well as payment by Paypal, wire transfer, money order, cashiers check, and company check. All company checks will be held up to 21 business days.
 * : You can register a Paypal account and send us payment by all major credit cards. We're Paypal Verified Business member.


 
  
Sales Tax

 * US buyers
 No sales tax. No other hidden charges. No duties or customs charges.

 * Canadian buyers:
 We are required by Canada government to collect applicable taxes for all transactions within Canada.
The total payment value is (Item Cost + S&H charge) X (1+ applicable Tax).
* Buyers in Ontario: Add 5% (GST) to the total taxable value
(Please provide us your Vendor Permit to receive PST Exemption). Add 13% (GST & PST) to the total taxable value if no Vendor Permit is presented to us.
* Buyers in NB, NF, NS: Add 13% (HST) to the total taxable value.
* Buyers in Other Provinces: Add 5% (GST) to the total taxable value.


 * Return & Exchange Policy

 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, please contact us for an
authorization number. Products cannot be returned without an authorization number from us. The returned product must be in the original
packing, unused and in resale condition. After we receive and approve the returned products, we’ll arrange credit, refund, or replacement
upon your request, less the original and return shipping & handling charges.
If we make mistakes in the orders, such as sending wrong colors, we will take care all the shipping charges (to and from our customers).
