1) The Order Form is on our other website www.pashminawholesale.com. The Form is SSL secured and all info
transmitted is encrypted. Please click here to fill out and submit the ORDER FORM.
2) We’ll e-mail you the invoice with shipping & handling charge, and tax if applicable.
3) Please make the payment. See payment method and instructions below.
4) Once your full payment is received, we’ll ship your order within 2 business days (usually the same or the second
business day. Tracking information (if available) will be emailed to you once the order is shipped.
* Buyers can come to our store in Toronto, ONTARIO, Canada, to place the order, make payment and pick up your
purchase.
* Our warehouse in NYC is not open to pickup.
Minimum Order Value & Volume Discount
* US$100.00 per order (any combination of lines and colors. Excluding Shipping & Handling charge, or tax, if applicable)
* No minimum on each color.
* We do not offer free samples. If you'd like to place an order under US$100. Please email us with color item numbers
and quantity. The sample price will be higher than the wholesale price.
*Discount rate applies to orders over the value of US$500.
*Discount Schedule:
US$500-US$999.99: 5%
US$1,000-US$1,499.99: 7%
US$1500-US$1999.99: 9%
Over 2,000: Please Quote.
Shipping & Handling
* We use USPS, Canada Post, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Within USA and Canada, normally the regular shipping &
handling charge is around 15%-20% of your order value, depending on the shipment value and your location.
* Insurance is mandatory and included in the shipping charge.
* We charge small amount handling fee and do our best to choose the most economical shipping method to minimize our
customers' shipping & handling cost. Please quote.
* Normal Delivery Time: 2-5 business days within USA. 2-7 business days within Canada.
Payment Method & Instructions
* Payment must be received before we can ship your order.
* We accept VISA, MC or Debit card (debit card can only be accepted at our store ), as well as payment by Paypal, cash,
wire transfer, money order, cashiers check, and company check. All company checks will be held up to 21 business days.

Sales Tax & Duty
* US buyers
No sales tax. No other hidden charges. No duties or customs charges.
* Canadian buyers:
We are required by Canada government to collect applicable taxes for all transactions within Canada.
The total payment value is (Item Cost + S&H charge) X (1+ applicable Tax).
* Buyers in Ontario: Add 5% (GST) to the total taxable value (Please provide us your Vendor Permit to receive PST
Exemption). Add 13% (GST & PST) to the total taxable value if no Vendor Permit is presented to us.
* Buyers in NB, NF, NS: Add 13% (HST) to the total taxable value.
* Buyers in Other Provinces: Add 5% (GST) to the total taxable value.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, please
contact us for an authorization number. Products cannot be returned without an authorization number from us. The
returned product must be in the original packing, unused and in resale condition. After we receive and approve the
returned products, we’ll arrange credit, refund, or replacement upon your request, less the original and return shipping
& handling charges.
